Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Midtown Dog Walkers & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website midtowndogwalkersto.com(“Site”) and/or booking our dog-walking and boarding services (“Services”), you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or scheduling Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Site or inquire about or use our Services.

 

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Group Walks — 1 to 1.5 hour sessions at $30.00 + HST.

  • Homestyle Boarding — Overnight stays at $75.00 + HST/night.
    All services are described in detail on the "Services" section of our Site Midtown Dog Walkers.

 

3. Booking and Payments

  • Service bookings must be made through our Site or by contacting us via email or phone Midtown Dog Walkers.

  • All payments are due prior to or immediately upon completion of Services.

  • Prices are subject to HST as required by law.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule a Service.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Service may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total Service cost.

  • Refunds are at our discretion and based on operational feasibility.

 

5. Safety, Liability & Insurance

  • We are a fully bonded and insured business Midtown Dog Walkers.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure your dog’s safety. However, you acknowledge that animal behavior can’t be guaranteed, and you accept all risks.

  • You are responsible for any vet or medical expenses that arise due to your dog's behavior or pre-existing conditions.

 

6. Meet & Greet / Assessments

  • Prior to initial Service bookings, we require a free meet and greet—arranged via email or phone Midtown Dog Walkers.

  • This helps us understand your dog’s temperament, health, and specific needs.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling Services:

  • You confirm your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from illness.

  • You will notify us of behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, anxiety), special dietary needs, or health concerns.

  • You grant us permission to seek veterinary care in emergencies and will cover associated costs.

 

8. Your Dog’s Well-being

We are CPR/First-Aid certified and trained to monitor and manage group dynamics safely Midtown Dog Walkers.


However, you acknowledge that minor injuries or incidents may still occur during lively play or outdoor activities.

9. Privacy & Updates

  • We may share photo and video updates of your dog during Services, as part of our value-added communicationMidtown Dog Walkers.

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will display on the Site with a “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services means you accept those changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Government of Canada. Any disputes will be addressed in courts located in Toronto, unless otherwise agreed upon.
